Why We Love 560 Front St W 303

Samuel M April 23, 2026

There are many reasons we loved Unit 303 at 560 Front Street West, Rêve Condos by Tridel, but five features made this King West suite stand out from a crowded field. Even if this one has found its owner by the time you're reading, the building and the block explain a lot about why King West units move fast.

Shopping for a downtown or west end condo? See what's on the market today.

1. Light-filled living with courtyard views

The heart of the suite is a bright, open concept living area with 9 foot smooth ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, laid out so the living and dining zones flow without a wasted foot. Through the glass doors, a private west-facing tiled balcony overlooks the quiet interior courtyard, a genuinely peaceful pocket inside the King West buzz.

2. The designer kitchen

Tridel built this kitchen as a statement: sleek quartz countertops, contemporary cabinetry, LED under-cabinet lighting for evening cooking, an LG fridge among quality stainless appliances, and a built-in breakfast bar that seats four. Morning coffee and casual dinners handled in the same six feet of counter.

3. The unicorn features: parking and a real locker

Finding a one bedroom in this district that checks every box is nearly impossible, which is why we called this the King West unicorn. The suite includes an owned underground parking spot and an oversized cage-style locker, the two features downtown buyers most often give up. The building adds a commercial-grade gym with a squat rack and spin bikes, a cedar sauna, a yoga studio, and a rooftop terrace with barbecues and skyline views.

4. The location: a Walk Score of 99

Sitting between the historic charm of Victoria Memorial Square and the modern energy of The Well, daily life here is essentially car-free. The 504 King, Bathurst and Spadina streetcars are a block away, the Gardiner is close for weekend escapes, and you don't cross a street to reach Farm Boy or Dollarama. Stackt Market, the Waterworks Food Hall and some of the city's best patios sit inside a two minute walk.

5. The bedroom retreat

Unlike many downtown units, the bedroom is a full-sized room: a queen fits comfortably, the oversized custom closet organizers use every inch, and blackout blinds guarantee the city lights stay outside. A real bedroom in King West is rarer than it should be.

The bottom line

Unit 303 blended Tridel quality with King West energy, and at the time of writing this spring it was freshly on the market. Suites in this building don't linger, but they do come back around, and we tend to hear about them before the portals do.
